What is affinity ad network?
Affinity is an ad network to monetize your website or blog. Well, it was an ad network a few years ago but now it is not an ad network it is an ad tech company. It is a pay per click ad network which means you will only get paid for ad clicks and you won't get paid for the ad impressions. It has 8 ad formats in it. It is a very old ad network. The domain itself is 15 years old (i.e, the domain is from the year 2006). Earlier it was an ad network but now it is not an ad network it is owned by some company or some organization.
Earning Model:-
You earn only one factor which is the CPC (Cost Per Click). This means if someone visits your site and clicks on your ads you get paid for those clicks. It has only one factor of earning. But in some ad networks like in Adsense, you will get paid for clicks as well as for impressions. Now impressions mean whenever someone sees your ads it counts as an impression. So you will earn both ways in Adsense which are the CPC (Cost Per Click) and the CPM (Cost Per 1000 Impressions). If it had CPA earning model then it will be another plus point.

It is not an ad network now. It used to be an ad network a few years ago. It is an ad tech company's website now. So you cannot signup here as a publisher or as an advertiser. This means you cannot use this ad network now, if you visit the website then you will see that there is no place to signup as an advertiser or as a publisher.
Not Great Income as Adsense:-
Yes, you won't be able to earn great money through this ad network. Even though it was a good ad network but you cannot earn much money as you do with Adsense or other premium ad networks like media.net, taboola, Mgid, etc. So if you don't have approval on Adsense then use this ad network or else use Adsense itself.
Approval Criteria in Affinity:-
There are only 3 requirements for a site to get approved by affinity ads which are listed below:-
Original Content:-
You should have your own original content on your website or on your blog. If you don't even have a little content on your website or blog then you won't get approval from affinity ads as well as on any ad network. So write at least some blog posts or content that are original and unique so that you get approval on your website or blog.
Approval only if you have content:-
You get approval on your site only if you have content on your website or blog or webpage. If you don't have content on your site then you won't get approval on your site. So even if you have a service selling site then also you should have a little content or blog posts on your site so that you get approval on your site. Then go and write some content on your site so that you get approved by the affinity ad network.
Sufficient Traffic Required:-
You require a significant amount of traffic on your site, which means not huge but you just have to have a few page views on your site so that you get approval on your site. Roughly around 200-300 page views a day is more enough for your blog. At least with this amount of traffic, you will get some ad clicks on your site so that you make a little money.

In-Page Ads:-
In-Page ads are the ads that appear on the sidebar section of a webpage. But it only appears on one sidebar of a webpage, not on both sidebars of a webpage. It will either be on the left side or on the right side of a webpage. It is known as the sidebar ads in Google Adsense.
M-Footer ads:-
The M-Footer ads are ads that are displayed on the footer section of a webpage but appear only on a mobile screen. It doesn't appear on the desktop screen. M-Page ads are similar to In-Page ads. Well, it is an ad format, especially for mobile screens. It is displayed in the middle sections of a webpage. It is like the in-article ads on Adsense. But it is made for only mobile screens.
In-Search Ads:-
This ad format is also available in Adsense. It is a search box that appears on your website. Whenever someone searches with that search box and clicks on your ads you get paid for those clicks too!! It is also known as search engine ads.
In-Content Ads:-
In-Content ads have two subtypes which are known as image ads and sponsored posts ads. Image ads are banner like ads that display images on them. Sponsored posts ads are articles that are displayed on your site by the advertisers. Sponsored posts are highlighted on your website or on your blog.
In-Domain Ads:-
It is the last ad format on the affinity ad network. You may wonder what is these In-domain ads. Well, it is an ad that is displayed on the 404 error pages of your website. This is a unique ad format that is available in this ad network only. But as I discussed it is no more an ad network it is an ad tech company's website now.
Payment Informations:-
This ad network gives payments on a net 45 basis which means you will receive your payments once every 45 days. Well, I don't think it is a good thing for an ad network as of to me I think it is better to receive payments every 30 days (which means in a month). The minimum payout in this ad network is 40 US dollars. Well, you should have a good amount of traffic to make 40 dollars quickly in 45 days. Like having at least 10,000 page views a month is more than enough to make 100 dollars a month. There are only 2 payment methods available in this ad network which are listed below:-

The best thing about this ad network is it is compatible with Adsense policies which means you can run both Infolinks and Adsense ads together on your site at a time. It has a very good reputation in the market because it is a very old ad network. It was started in 2007 and it is still online which means it is trustworthy. Although to run Infolinks ads on your website or blog you need to get approval from Infolinks but still, it is a good ad network.

It is the second biggest ad network in the world after Google Adsense. It also has a very good reputation in the market because it is also a very old ad network. It was started in 2010 so it is a trustable ad network for publishers. It is also called bing and yahoo ads because it is owned by Microsoft which is a very reputed company. It also requires approval but the important point is you require traffic from developed countries like the USA, UK, Canada, etc. But if you have traffic from countries like India then you won't make enough money through media.net.

Now, ezoic is another alternative that you can use to monetize your site by running ads on your site. To get approval from ezoic you need to have at least 10,000 monthly page views on your website or blog. One more advantage is it is compatible with Adsense policies because it is a google certified publishing partner. It is also a Cloudflare certified partner. It is very trustable and you will receive your payments on time. You can also receive your payments on Paypal because it has the option to withdraw your revenue from PayPal. You will earn more money with low traffic if you use this ad network on your site.
Why this website is not an ad network now?
Well, it is not known by anyone on any social media or on any other platform. As for me, I think that some company named affinity has bought this domain name for their company profile, by paying them extra money. Because they need the exact domain they bought it at a high price. And I think if you really want to get monetization on your site with ads then focus to get approval on Adsense. So if you don't get approval on google Adsense then go with other alternatives, and if you got approval on Adsense then just don't use other ad networks because maybe they are not compatible with Adsense and placing more ads on your site will be bad for User Experience.

My suggestion to you is to get approval on Adsense rather than on any other ad network like these ad network. And if you are not able to get approval on Adsense and getting rejected every time then use this ad network so that you can make money a little bit and you don't lose hope!!
